Why fifty, not ten
Many reasons books stop at ten. Ten is a lovely card, but it leaves most of the story out. Fifty gives you room for how you met, the small daily things, the jokes, the year you got through together and what's still ahead, without reaching for filler.

- Their name, the title you choose, and the two of you illustrated on the front in the style you pick. The Years of Reasons cover can say the year too, for an anniversary.
- The dedication
- A page in your own words before the reasons start. A line, a date, an inside joke: whatever you'd write on the first page of a book you were giving them.
- Fifty reasons, one per page
- Each reason gets a page of its own, so none of them gets lost in a list. Your characters appear through the book, at the kitchen table, on the sofa, out on a walk.
- The finished book
- 21.6 cm (8.5 in) square, printed in full color on thick coated paper. The hardcover is case-bound with a matte finish. Every order includes the digital book too.
